Romance/Relationships: again this would need some serious development of cr, but this girl craves connections with people and it might be a natural consequence of her desire to do so.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, but with discussion; since Rey has her own telepathic powers, there's a chance she could deflect it depending upon the situation.

...And per that last point, Rey is fairly adept with Force telekinesis, telepathy and sway/compulsion (what's known as the Jedi Mindtrick), so please let me know how comfortable you are with Rey using any of these abilities on your character, and to what degrees!!
